It’s been almost a decade since The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor completed the trilogy that starred Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz and now the story gets a lavish reboot, with Tom Cruise, Russell Crowe and Sofia Boutella in starring roles.
The movie follows an ancient princess whose destiny was unjustly taken from her, and who is then awakened in our current day and begins to wreak havoc.
Starring alongside Cruise, Crowe and Boutella are Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance, Javier Botet and Selva Rasalingam.
The movie has been directed by Star Trek reboot writer Alex Kurtzman, who works from a script from Doctor Strange writer Jon Spaihts and Mission: Impossible: Rogue Nation's Christopher McQuarrie.

When it becomes apparent that Mary is a child genius, Frank's plans for a normal school life for her, a promise he made to his sister, are foiled when his formidable mother Evelyn gets involved, leading to a nasty custody battle.
Mckenna Grace, Lindsay Duncan and Octavia Spencer also star alongside Evans and Slate.
