"We didn't take this decision lightly..." - hmv.com talks to Lonely The Brave

Over the last 18 months, Cambridge rockers Lonely The Brave have gotten everyone very excited. A series of incredible singles, each more euphoric than the last, and some incendiary live shows, the band were all set to release their debut album The Day's War next week (June 2nd), but, after signing with major label Columbia, they've been forced to put the record back to early September. They dropped in to 363 Oxford Street to explain why the delay occured, introduce new guitarist Ross and tell us all about their summer of festivals.

Lonely The Brave's debut album The Day's War will be released on September 1st and can be pre-ordered now from hmv stores. You can also check out their early singles in our digital store by clicking here.

The band play Download Festival on Saturday June 14th and will be appearing at 3.35pm on the Pepsi Max Stage
