AFI and No Doubt join forces to form new supergroup

AFI and No Doubt have united to form a supergroup.

The group consist of AFI frontman Davey Havok and No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont, bassist Tony Kanal and drummer Adrian Young. They are currently unnamed, but have already recorded an album and are currently seeking a record deal.

The band's formation comes after No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani confirmed details of her new solo album This Is What The Truth Feels Like, which is due for release in March.

AFI are currently on a lengthy break after completing touring commitments in support of their ninth studio album Burials.

No Doubt's last album Push And Shove was released in 2012.
