Björk announces new album Vulnicura will come out in March

Björk has announced that her new album will be titled Vulnicura and will be released in March. 

The Icelandic singer confirmed the news yesterday (January 13th) via Twitter, writing: "Ladies and gentlemen, I am very proud to announce my new album is coming out in March. I do hope you will enjoy it."

The album features nine tracks in all. Björk has worked with producer Arca (aka Alejandro Ghersi) and British electro whizz Haxan Cloak on the album, who were also on mixing duties. Mandy Parnell has mastered the record.


Vulcinara is the ninth album of the singer's career and is the follow-up to her 2011 effort Biophalia.
