Bob Dylan set to beat both Ed Sheeran and Meghan Trainor to score a Number One album

Bob Dylan looks set to depose Meghan Trainor and keep Ed Sheeran at bay at the top of the UK Album Chart on Sunday (February 8th) with his new album Shadows In The Night.

Dylan's new album, which sees him covering tracks made famous by Frank Sinatra, currently looks set to score him his eighth UK Number One album. 

Sheeran is currently at Number Two in the midweeks, with Meghan Trainor at Three, Dire Straits at Number Four and and Sam Smith at Five. 

Kid Ink is currently at new at Number Six with Full Speed, with George Ezra, Taylor Swift, Hozier and Mark Ronson making up the rest of the Top 10.
