Foo Fighters confirm new album ’Sonic Highways’ to be released in November.

Following a cryptic series of clues in the form of a ‘treasure hunt’ with posters scattered around various U.S. cities, Foo Fighters have confirmed that their new album, to be titled Sonic Highways, will be released on November 10th this year.

Butch Vig is producing the new record, which he has described as ‘epic’, with Dave Grohl adding: "This album is instantly recognisable as a Foo Fighters record, but there's something deeper and more musical to it. I think that these cities and these people influenced us to stretch out and explore new territory, without losing our sound."

The vinyl edition of the album will have eight different variations of sleeve representing each of the cities where the album was recorded. The full track list is below:

Sonic Highways

'Something From Nothing'
'The Feast and The Famine'
'Congregation'
'What Did I Do?/God As My Witness'
'Outside'
'In The Clear'
'Subterranean'
'I Am A River'
