Hear Nickelback get political on new single 'Edge Of A Revolution'
Nickelback have returned with a new politically-charged single named 'Edge Of A Revolution, which you can hear by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.
The track is the first to be taken from the band's forthcoming upcoming eighth studio album, due in the autumn via new label Republic Records.
The song's lyrics are the band's angriest in some time and the most overtly political words they've released, with lines like "Hey, hey, just obey, your secret's safe with the NSA" and "Wall Street, common thief, when they caught, they all go free. A brand new yacht and a finder's fee."
The band's new album, the title of which they have yet to reveal, is set to be confirmed in the coming weeks, with another track 'What Are You Waiting For?' also set to be released next month to precede the record.
Nickelback released a 'Greatest Hits' compilation at the end of 2013, named The Best Of Nickelback Volume 1, you can preview that on the right-hand side of the page.
