Interpol announce short UK and Ireland tour

Interpol have announced a UK and Ireland tour for early next year, comprising a total of three dates. 

The New York trio, who are set to release their new album El Pintor on September 8th, will play shows in London, Manchester and Ireland in February next year.

The run begins at London's Roundhouse on February 6th, before the band move on to Manchester's Albert Hall on February 8th and finally Dublin's Olympia on February 10th. 

El Pintor is the fifth album of the band's career and and their follow-up to their 2010 self-titled album.

It is the band's first album without long-time bassist Carlos Dengler and features guest appearances by Brandon Curtis of Secret Machines, Roger Joseph Manning, Jr. and Rob Moose of Bon Iver.
