Leonard Cohen to release new studio album Popular Problems next month

Legendary crooner Leonard Cohen will release a new studio album next month which is titled Popular Problems.

The album, which is the 13th studio record of Cohen's career, will be released on September 22nd. You can hear its lead-off single 'Almost Like The Blues' by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking. 

Popular Problems was produced by Patrick Leonard, who also co-wrote the album with Cohen. It was mastered at Marcussen Mastering and was recorded and mixed by Jesse E. String with additional mixing by Bill Bottrell.

The record is the follow-up to Cohen's 2012 album Old Ideas, which sold over 175,000 copies across the world. That release was his first in over eight years and only his fourth album over a 20-year period.
