Daniel Radcliffe to star in Now You See Me 2?
Daniel Radcliffe is to star in the sequel to Now You See Me, according to reports overnight.
Michael Caine, who starred in Now You See Me, reportedly confirmed to website HeyUGuys that the Harry Potter mainman would be playing his son in the sequel.
He said: "There's a sequel to Now You See Me and we're shooting in London. I shoot in December, the whole of December in London, and my son is Harry Potter. I thought it'd be funny, me and Daniel Radcliffe as father and son."
Earlier this month, studio Lionsgate confirmed that the sequel to Now You See Me would be coming out in the summer of 2016.
The thriller, which followed the story of four magicians who are brought together by a mysterious empresario, proved to be a box office hit and a sequel was swiftly ordered, a sequel that will be released on June 10th in 2016.
Jon M.Chu, who recently directed GI Joe: Retaliation, will direct the sequel, replacing Louis Leterrier.
Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg and Isla Fisher will all return for the sequel, as will Dave Franco, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.
