Full synopsis and new logo for Justice League movie unveiled
The full synopsis for the forthcoming Justice League movie has been unveiled.
The movie, which unites Ben Affleck's Batman, Henry Cavill's Superman, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher's Cyborg, Ezra Miller's The Flash and Jason Momoa's Aquaman, is currently in production in London.
Justice League will open in cinemas on November 17th in 2017 with the second instalment set to follow two years later. J.K. Simmons and Willem Dafoe have both joined the cast, Simmons will play Commissioner Gordon, while Dafoe's role is as yet unknown.
The full synopsis for the movie is as follows: "Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy,” the synopsis said. “Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat."
It continues: "But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes——it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions. Directed by Zack Snyder, this marks the big screen debut of the Justice League, featuring an all-star lineup: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher."

The Flash and Aquaman will both get their own movies in 2018, while Cyborg will make his solo bow in 2020.
