Game Of Thrones wins big at the 2015 Emmys

Game Of Thrones was the big winner at the 2015 Emmys, taking home 12 awards in all.

The fantasy drama won the night's big award for Best Drama as well as the awards for Best Writing For A Drama Series, Best Directing In A Drama Series for the episiode "Mother Mercy" and a best supporting actor award for Peter Dinklage and a series of triumphs in the more technical categories. 

It was also a great night for Jon Hamm, who took home the award for Best Actor in a Drama for the first time for his role as Don Draper in Mad Men, Viola Davis won the same award in the actress category for How To Get Away With Murder, while Uzo Aduba won Best Supporting Actress in a Drama for her role in Orange Is The New Black.

Other big winners included Olive Kitteridge, VEEP and Transparent.
