Gwyneth Paltrow to appear in Captain America: Civil War
Gwyneth Paltrow will appear in the much-anticipated new blockbuster Captain America: Civil War.
Paltrow, who has starred in each of the Iron Man movies as Tony Stark's girlfriend Pepper Potts, but appeared only briefly in the first Avengers movie and did not show at all in Age Of Ultron.
Now, according to Empire, Paltrow has filmed an appearance in the new movie as part of a round of re-shoots that took place earlier this year. It's not known how big her role in the movie will be.
Paltrow joins a huge cast for the movie that also includes Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier, Anthony Mackie’s Falcon, Don Cheadle’s War Machine, Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye, Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther, Paul Bettany’s Vision, Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man as well as a returning Emily VanCamp, Frank Grillo and the additions of Daniel Brühl, Martin Freeman, William Hurt and Tom Holland, who make his debut as Spider-Man.
The movie will be released into UK cinemas on April 29th.
