Henry Cavill denies Batman vs Superman will be released as two films
Man Of Steel star Henry Cavill has denied that the forthcoming blockbuster Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice is set to be released into two films.
A picture (which you can see below) had appeared online over the weekend that purported to show that the film would be split into two parts, with a first instalment titled Batman Vs Superman: Enter The Knight arriving in October 2015 and Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice arriving, as planned, in spring 2016.
However, speaking to Variety over the weekend, Cavill denied this and confirmed that only one film will be released.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is now in post-production and will see Ben Affleck make his debut as Batman with Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman. Gal Gadot is confirmed to make her debut as Wonder Woman, with The Social Network star Jesse Eisenberg taking on the role of Lex Luthor. Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons and Laurence Fishburne also have key roles in the new blockbuster.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently scheduled to be released on March 25th 2016 in the US and on April 29th 2016 in the UK.
