hmv.com presents… 50 Films to get you excited for 2015!

2014 is almost at an end and it’s been a pretty damn great year for movies, we’ve had Guardians Of The Galaxy, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, 12 Years A Slave, The Wolf Of Wall Street, Edge Of Tomorrow, Nightcrawler, the list goes on and on.

But, the thing is, 2015 is shaping up to be even better and we’re going to prove it to you. Here, for your consideration, are 50 films that are hitting the big screen in 2015 and they all look outstanding…

Jurassic World

What Is It?

Seriously? It’s Jurassic Park! Dinosaurs!

Any plot details?

This is what we know. 22 years after Jurassic Park arrived, we return to Isla Nublar to revisit the park and find out what’s been going on. John Hammond’s dream has finally been realised and Jurassic World is now a working theme park. Trouble is, the paying customers are getting bored, so the park’s geneticists have been tasked with coming up with something new and have created a new genetically modified hybrid dinosaur, trouble is, they can’t control it…

Who’s In It?

Parks And Recreation and Guardians Of The Galaxy star Chris Pratt leads the way as Owen, a member of the park’s onsite staff, with Bryce Dallas Howard confirmed to play Claire, the park operations manager who oversees the development of the new hybrid. Judy Greer, New Girl’s Jake Johnson, Ty Simpkins and Omar Sy also star in the new blockbuster.

However, his plan backfires spectacularly when Ultron decides that humans are the main threat and sets out to eradicate them.

Who’s In It?

The same gang return, with three key additions. Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen join the cast as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch respectively, while the Avengers have a new adversary, his name is Ultron and he’s played by James Spader. He looks awesome.
