Hugh Jackman hints that he is about to retire from his role as X-Men's Wolverine

Hugh Jackman has dropped a big hint that he will play Wolverine for the last time in the character's third stand-alone movie. 

Jackman has played Wolverine seven times, playing the beclawed mutant in five X-Men movies and two stand-alone spin-offs. He is due to begin playing the character again next year for a third stand-alone movie, which is due for release in March 2017, but dropped a big hint that this film will be his last in the role.

The third stand-alone Wolverine movie is due for release on March 3rd in 2017. It's not currently confirmed if Jackman will star in the next full X-Men movie X-Men: Apocalypse, which begins filming next month.
