Rian Johnson shares first look at Star Wars: The Last Jedi opening crawl

Rian Johnson has unveiled a first look at the opening crawl of the newly named Star Wars: The Last Jedi and you can see it below:

The movie's title was revealed on Monday (January 23rd) along with confirmation that the movie will be in cinemas on December 15th this year. 

The Last Jedi is the follow-up to Star Wars: The Force Awakens and sees Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, and Andy Serkis all return, while there are new roles for Benicio Del Toro and Laura Dern. Carrie Fisher will appear posthumously. 

Johnson, best known for his work on Looper, has both written and directed this movie, with JJ Abrams acting as executive producer.
