See the action-packed new trailer for Michael Bay's 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

An action-packed second trailer for Michael Bay's new military thriller 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi has been unveiled online, scroll down and click to watch it. 

The movie stars James Badge Dale, John Krasinski and Max Martini and has a screenplay from Chuck Hogan, who is best known as the author of The Town and The Strain, his vampire trilogy with Guillermo Del Toro. Bay directs and produces. 

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi is an adaptation of Mitchell Zuckoff’s book about the attack on an American compound in Libya that left US Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens dead. 

It tells the story of an attack on US State Department Special Mission Compound in Benghazi on September 11th 2012, with a focus on six members of a security team that defended the embassy.

This is the movie's second trailer and offers a proper look at some of the fiery action set pieces as well as the movie's breathless pace. 

Joining Dale, Krasinski and Martini in key roles are Toby Stephens, Pablo Schreiber, David Denman, Dominic Fumusa, and Freddie Stroma. 

The movie will be released into UK cinemas on January 29th next year.
