See the incredible new trailer for Game Of Thrones' season seven

A stunning new trailer for the seventh season of Game Of Thrones has been unveiled. Click below to watch it.

The new trailer gives a flavour of the new season's epic scale and the many battles to come as the fight for the Iron Throne draws to a finale.

It had been confirmed last year that the show's seventh season would return later in the year than usual with HBO subsequently confirming that the show's return will be in the mid-July.

It will be broadcast in the UK on Sky Atlantic on July 16th in simulcast with the US and then repeated on the evening of Monday July 17th.

Unlike previous seasons the seventh and penultimate season of the show will feature just seven episodes, with running times varying considerably

The season's opening two episodes will be 59 minutes each, with episode three at 63 minutes, episode four much shorter at 50 minutes and episode five at 59 minutes.

Things then get more epic with episode six clocking in at 71 minutes and the finale a chunky 81 minutes in length, the show's longest ever episode.

Among the new cast members for the upcoming season are Jim Broadbent and Tom Hopper. Hopper will play Dickon Tarly, while Broadbent's role has yet to be confirmed.
