This Week's New DVDs: November 21st 2016

Ghostbusters, Star Trek: Beyond, The BFG and Billions are among this week's new releases on DVD.

The much-anticipated reboot of the classic comedy comes to DVD shelves this week. Bridesmaids' Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy and Saturday Night Live stars Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon star, with Neil Casey, Chris Hemsworth and Andy Garcia in supporting roles.

The movie follows Wiig's Erin Gilbert and McCarthy's Abby Yates, a pair of authors fascinated with the paranormal, who team up with nuclear engineer Jillian Holtzmann (McKinnon) and subway worker Patty Tolan (Jones) to save the world from a mysterious evil and powerful demon known as Rowan.

Steven Spielberg directs Mark Rylance in this lavish adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic adventure about a young orphan named Sophie's unlikely friendship with the Big Friendly Giant, with Rylance starring as the giant himself.

In Star Trek Beyond the crew find themselves destitute after being attacked by a powerful unstoppable wave of unknown aliens, who destroy the Enterprise and leave them stranded on a new planet where they find themselves in conflict with a new ruthless enemy.
