Ticketed event terms & conditions


All events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice, any changes to the event will be announced via social media. Please check our social media channels for any event updates or changes before travelling:




We ask that customers attending our events purchase their items to be signed from HMV, this is to help us to continue to host in store events and to support the artist(s) themselves.

Sufficient stock will be available to ensure that all customers can purchase their items on the day of the event. Items to be signed are limited to one per customer.

Posed photographs with the artist(s) are not guaranteed. We recommend bringing a camera on the day but please speak to a member of event security regarding any restrictions on photography as details differ from event to event.

Please be aware that by attending hmv events, you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used without compensation, in photographs, films and recordings for exploitation in any and all media.

In order to ensure a safe event for all customers, hmv reserve the right to refuse entry to the event at anytime for health and safety reasons.

In the interests of fairness to all customers, online tickets are restricted to one per customer.

Entry will be granted with your online ticket and a copy of the album/DVD or book to be signed on the day of the event

hmv reserve the right to cancel any duplicate tickets, including Priory Access through Purehmv.

Tickets for these events are non‐transferable, and you may be asked for I.D on the day of the event.

Tickets are available to UK residents only.
