Calvin Harris named as world's top-earning DJ once again

Calvin Harris has been revealed to be the world's highest earning DJ once again. 

According to Forbes, the Scottish EDM star earned $63 million in the period between June 2015 and June 2016, $25 million more than his nearest rival Tiesto, but $3 million less than he did in the same period last year. 

Tiesto overtook David Guetta to take second place, with Skrillex down from last year's Number Four to Number Seven, ZEDD takes the Number Four spot this year, with Steve Aoki at Five, the same position as last year. 

New entrants in the Top 10 are Diplo, who was 11th in 2015, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, who made $15.5 million to take the Number 10 spot. 

The combined earnings of the Top 10 DJs was a staggering $270.5 million.
