Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Florence and the Machine now bookies' favourites to headline Glastonbury
Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Florence And The Machine are now the favourites to headline this summer's Glastonbury Festival, according to bookmakers Paddy Power.
Coldplay, who are currently working on the follow-up to Ghost Stories, are overwhelming favourites to the extent that Paddy Power are no longer accepting bets that they will headline the festival's Pyramind Stage this summer.
Foo Fighters are second favourites at 5/2, with Florence and the Machine next at 10/1. Next come AC/DC, Depeche Mode, Kate Bush, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Fleetwood Mac and an as yet unreformed Oasis, all of whom are named at 12/1 to headline the festival.
Next summer's festival has only seen a handful of artists confirmed, with crooner Lionel Richie easily the most high-profile, he will also play the event on the final day.
Glastonbury Festival takes place from June 24th to 28th next sumer.
