Elbow frontman Guy Garvey launches new record label
Guy Garvey, frontman of rock band Elbow, has launched a new record label, Snug Platters. The singer started the label with Jim Chancellor, Managing Director of Elbow’s record company, Fiction.
According to reports, all of Snug Platters’ releases will be pressed on 10” vinyl and are limited to 1,000 copies. These will be exclusively available at Fiction Records stores. SP will release their first artist’s music on May 18 from Manchester singer Steve’s debut EP Danger! High Failure Rate.
Other self-produced songs featured are 2 Point Nearly Zero, Flik Flak, Electric Steam and Diesel, plus lead track Emergency Art Rate, which you can listen to below…
