Foo Fighters announce massive UK stadium tour for summer 2015
Foo Fighters have announced a massive UK tour for next summer, playing a series of stadiums across the UK.
The band, who have just released their new album Sonic Highways (which you can preview on the right of the page), will play five stadiums across the UK on the trek.
The run of shows begins at Sunderland's Stadium of Light on May 25th before the band move on to Manchester's Old Trafford County Cricket Club on May 27th. They will then play two shows at London's Wembley Stadium on June 19th and 20th before finishing up at Murrayfield on June 23rd.
Iggy Pop and Royal Blood are confirmed to support at the Wembley shows, with the other supports still to be confirmed.
The band have been linked with a headline show at this year's Glastonbury Festival, and, perhaps tellingly, all of the festival's dates remain free on their schedule.
Tickets go onsale on Friday November 21st at 9am. You can find full details here.
Foo Fighters will play:
Sunderland Stadium Of Light (May 25)
Manchester Old Trafford Country Cricket Club (27)
London Wembley Stadium (June 19, 20)
Edinburgh Murrayfield Stadium (23)
