Former Megadeth drummer Nick Menza dies after collapsing on stage
Nick Menza, longtime drummer with Megadeth, has died after he collapsing on stage during a performance in Los Angeles.
Menza, who was 51, was playing with his band OHM at the Baked Potato in Los Angeles on Saturday night (May 21st) when he collapsed.
According to BBC News, Menza's manager Rob Bolger revealed the sticksman suffered a massive heart attack on stage, he was taken to hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Menza was a member of Megadeth from 1989 to 1998 and played on four albums, Rust In Peace, Youthanasia, Cryptic Writings and Countdown To Extinction.
