Franz Ferdinand and Sparks form supergroup FFS and announce UK tour
Scottish indie rockers Franz Ferdinand and art pop veterans Sparks have united to form a supergroup which will be known as FFS.
The group, which will include Franz Ferdinand's Alex Kapranos, Nick McCarthy, Bob Hardy, Paul Thomson and Sparks' Ron Mael and Russell Mael, have recorded an album together which has been produced by St Vincent collaborator Jon Congleton.

The band have announced a full European tour which includes a selection of festivals, including Benicassim and Slovakia's Pohoda, as well as two UK shows. They will play Glasgow Arts School on June 16th and London's Troxy on June 29th. Tickets for the shows will go onsale on Friday (March 13th) at 9am. You can purchase tickets by clicking here.
