Meadow Meadow are a twosome, consisting of Peter Darlington and James Green, both former members of now-defunct indie types Spring King.

What Do They Sound Like?

This is ambient, low-slung, glacial pop. Things the sweeping melodies of Kings Of Convenience mixed with the pop sensibilities of The Shins, produced and chopped up by Caribou. 

 

Why Should I Be Excited?

The pair make mournful, intricate wonk pop, but with a delightful wistful nature.
