Katy Perry set to headline the Superbowl 2015 half-time show
Katy Perry is set to be the star attraction at next year's Superbowl half-time show.
The singer, who is currently in the middle of an extensive world tour in support of her new album PRISM (which you can preview on the right of the page), has reportedly signed on to headline the half-time show at the showpiece event, which drew an audience of over 111 million people last year.
According to Billboard, Perry has won out over Rihanna and Coldplay, who were both shortlisted by NFL organisers.
Last year's half-time show saw both Bruno Mars and Red Hot Chili Peppers perform, while in past years the likes of Madonna and Beyonce have headlined the performance.
