Kylie Minogue to headline Commonwealth Games closing ceremony
Kylie Minogue will perform at the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games this Sunday (August 3rd), organisers have confirmed.
The singer, who released her new album Kiss Me Once earlier this year, will perform at the closing ceremony along with the likes of Lulu, Prides, Deacon Blue and Dougie MacLean.
Around 40,000 people are expected to attend the closing ceremony, which will take place inside Hampden Park Stadium, which will be adorned with more than 160 tonnes of staging, 3,000 props and 454 flags.
Kiss Me Once is Kylie Minogue’s 12th studio album and her first since she signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation management. You can preview the album on the right-hand side of the page.
