Head Carrier has been produced by Tom Dalgety, best known for his work with Royal Blood, it is the band's first album with new bassist Paz Lechantin, who replaced Kim Shattuck at the end of 2013. It is the follow-up to 2014's Indie Cindy and you can see the band's artwork for the album below:
Speaking about the album, drummer David Lovering said: "This was a wonderful luxury, for us to have the time to be able to really work these new songs outBy the time we started recording, we all kn. ew the songs backwards and forwards, so it took half as long for us to make this album as it did to make Indie Cindy. And it was great working with Tom...he started with us in pre-production and played a big part in keeping us focused on making the best music we could.”
You can hear the album's lead-off single 'Um Chagga Lagga' below.
The tracklisting for Head Carrier is as follows:
'Might As Well Be Gone'
'All I Think About Now'
