Slipknot announce huge UK and Ireland arena tour

Slipknot have announced a huge UK and Ireland arena tour for early 2015.

The metal titans, who release their new album .5: The Gray Chapter on Monday (October 20th), will play 10 shows across the UK and Ireland in January.

The tour kicks off on January 14th at Dublin's 3Arena and runs until January 27th when the band headline Birmingham's Barclaycard Arena. 

The trek also includes dates in Glasgow, Sheffield, Newcastle, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff and Nottingham. Korn will support on all dates.

.5: The Gray Chapter is the band's first since 2008's All Hope Is Gone, the last album to feature bassist Paul Gray, who passed away in 2010, and drummer Joey Jordison, who left the group last year.
