Slipknot post creepy teaser trailer for their new album
Slipknot have revealed a teaser trailer for their brand new album, which you can watch below.
The trailer, which is only 15 seconds, contains a few creepy images soundtracked by a brand new riff that is unmistakeably Slipknot. It was posted a few minutes ago across the band's social media profiles.
Frontman Corey Taylor recently said that the band's new album was "98% done" and that fans could expect "big announcements" in the coming weeks, this would appear to be the first of them.
The album will be first for the band since 2008's All Hope Is Gone, the last album to feature bassist Paul Gray, who passed away in 2010, and drummer Joey Jordison, who left the group last year.
It is not known who has provided drums for the band's new album, but earliest this year, rumours emerged that former Madball and Against Me! drummer Jay Weinberg had been tipped to assist the band with the creation of their fifth studio album.
