Smashing Pumpkins announce intimate UK show for next month
Smashing Pumpkins have announced a tiny UK show for next month.
The rock stalwarts, who release their new album Monuments To An Elegy on December 8th, will headline London's KOKO on December 5th.
The band, who currently consist of frontman Billy Corgan and guitarist Jeff Schroeder, will be joined by The Killers' bass player Mark Stoermer and Rage Against The Machine drummer Brad Wilk for the show, which is part of a short European tour.
Speaking about this special line-up, Corgan said: "We're absolutely thrilled and humbled to have Brad and Mark helping us out with these shows and if our rehearsals are any indication they should be one-of-a-kind”.

Monuments To An Elegy is the band's 10th studio album and the middle part of an epic album trilogy, which is titled Teargarden by Kaleidoscope. You can preview the first instalment, which is titled Oceania, on the right of the page.
