Sting and Paul Simon announce joint UK arena tour
Paul Simon and Sting are to unite for a joint UK and Ireland arena tour.
The pair, who have already toured across Australia, New Zealand and the US and Canada together, will play five shows as part of a joint UK tour.
According to the official tour press release, the idea for the tour began " at the Robin Hood Foundation benefit in 2013 where they performed together for the first time. Both artists, who are known for their explorations in a wide range of genres, have pushed the boundaries of popular music and continue to speak to generations of fans. The concerts will feature two of music’s most iconic singer/songwriters blending their voices and their bands while performing their best-known songs both together and apart."
The run of shows kicks off on April 7th in Dublin's 3Arena and then takes in shows in Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
