The Horrors, Metronomy, Roots Manuva to support Blur at Hyde Park show
Metronomy, Roots Manuva, The Horrors and Drenge are among the artists who will support Blur at Hyde Park this summer.
The band will headline London's Hyde Park on June 20th as part of this year's British Summer Time Festival, with Fufanu, The Sugarmen, Teleman, Jupiter & Okwess International and Kitty, Daisy & Lewis all on the bill as well.
Blur will release their brand new album The Magic Whip on April 27th, it is their band's first since 2003's Think Tank and their first as a four-piece with Graham Coxon since 1999's 13.
Blur join Kylie Minogue, Taylor Swift and The Who in headlining the event, which will take place across the last days of June this summer. Minogue headlines the event on June 21st, with support from Grace Jones and Chic with Nile Rodgers, The Who will headline the park on June 26th, with support from Paul Weller, Johnny Marr and the Kaiser Chiefs, while Swift tops the bill on the 27th with support from Ellie Goulding and John Newman.
The likes of Arcade Fire, The Libertines, McBusted and Neil Young all headlined the event last year.
