Eminem – The Marshall Mathers LP 2
13 years after Detroit’s most famous son unleashed the original Marshall Mathers LP, he’s back with a sequel. This record is Eminem’s 8th album in all and promises a return to his roots. Both wackier and more aggressive than his Relapse and Recovery brace of LPs, this is Slim Shady back on top form.
Avril Lavigne – Avril Lavigne
The Canadian singer songwriter also returns with her fifth full-length album. Co-written and produced by her new husband, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, this is a big, pop-rock delight.
The Wanted – Word Of Mouth
The British boyband, who are fast becoming one of the biggest acts on the planet, unleash their third full-length effort today. Featuring huge hits ‘Chasing The Sun’ and ‘Walks Like Rihanna’, this one is sure to sell like hot cakes.
James Arthur – James Arthur
Almost a full year after winning The X Factor, the Middlesbrough singer finally releases his debut album. Featuring collaborations with Naughty Boy and Emeli Sande, Arthur has promised an album full of big pop songs, but with a slight urban edge.
M.I.A – Matangi
Controversy baiting M.I.A also returns this week with her fourth record Matangi. Featuring well-received singles ‘Bad Girls’ and ‘Bring The Noize’, the rapper has roped in The Weeknd, Switch and The Partysquad for collaborations on this 14-track LP.
Tinie Tempah – Demonstration
The rapper follows up his hugely successful Disc-Overy with new record Demonstration. Stuffed full of big-name guests, including 2 Chainz, Dizzee Rascal, Labrinth, Big Sean and Paloma Faith, this is a slick, impressive record full of big tunes.
Icona Pop – Icona Pop
You’ll have heard and hummed Icona Pop’s ‘I Love It’ throughout the summer. They release their self-titled album on Monday.
Nickelback – Best Of Nickelback Volume 1
Nickelback celebrate the first phase of their career with a 19-track ‘Greatest Hits’ collection, including hits like ‘How You Remind Me’, ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Someday’.
