Aaron Paul joins the cast of Westworld
Anyone who has found themselves glued to HBO's gripping sci-fi series Westworld will probably also know that showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy very rarely give anything away about their plans for the show ahead of time, but this week there is some news about a major new addition to the cast for the show's upcoming third season.
Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has joined the cast of Westworld for season three, it has been revealed, and although the team behind the show are remaining typically tight-lipped about the specifics of the role, Deadline reports that Paul is set to play a key character in the show's third season.
It isn't clear at this stage whether Paul's character will be host or human, but Nolan has previously said that Season 3 will be a “radical shift” from what we've seen in the series so far. Nolan hasn't offered any further details about the plot for the next season and as yet there is no fixed release date for Season, and it could be a while yet before we see the show back on our screens; Nolan has previously stated in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that: “We want the show to get bigger and bigger and more ambitious and this takes time. We want to take all the time we need to get it right.”
