"Everybody knows what they signed up for when you're doing a movie about Tupac..." hmv.com talks to Kat Graham & Demetrius Shipp Jr.
Tupac Shakur had become one of the biggest rap stars on the West Coast scene by the mid-1990s, but his life and career were cut tragically short when the outspoken rapper was gunned down on the Las Vegas strip at the age of just 25. More than 20 years on, there have been many theories about who was behind the fatal shooting, but his killers are yet to be brought to justice and this week a new film arrives in cinemas which aims to tell 'the untold story' of Tupac's life in and out of the public eye.
All Eyez On Me stars Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac, alongside a cast that includes The Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham and The Walking Dead's Danai Gurira.
The film arrives in stores this week and ahead of the film's release in cinemas earlier this year, we spoke to Kat and Demetrius to talk about bringing Tupac's story to life.
