A first trailer for the new take on Jane Austen's classic Emma, which stars Anya Taylor-Joy in the title, has debuted. Click below to watch it:
Taylor-Joy plays the title role of Emma Woodhouse, a popular young woman with a terrible habit, matchmaking. She cannot resist finding suitors for her friends, most of all her best friend, Harriet Smith.
But these attempts don't always go smoothly...
Johnny Flynn, Bill Nighy, Mia Goth, Miranda Hart, Josh O'Connor and Callum Turner co-star alongside Taylor-Joy.
Fashion photographer Autumn De Wilde makes her feature film debut, while Eleanor Catton, bestselling writer, has adapted Austen's novel.
Emma will be released into UK cinemas on February 14th in 2020.
