Bill Murray to appear in new Ghostbusters reboot
Bill Murray will make an appearance in the much-anticipated reboot of Ghostbusters.
The actor, who starred alongside Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis in the original movie, will also film a role in the new movie, which is being directed by Paul Feig, the Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
Feig's new reboot of Ghostbusters will star Bridesmaids' Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy and Saturday Night Live stars Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon. Feig and co-writer Katie Dippold have written the script.
Saturday Night Live regular Neil Casey is confirmed to play the film's villain, while Chris Hemsworth, Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams and Matt Walsh are confirmed to have supporting roles.
As well as Murray, Aykroyd is expected to make a cameo in the new movie, but that has yet to be formally confirmed.
