Bohemian Rhapsody, Green Book, Black Panther are big winners at 2019 Oscars

Bohemian Rhapsody, Green Book and Black Panther were the big winners at last night's (February 24th) Oscars. 

The Queen biopic won four awards, with star Rami Malek winning Best Actor for his turn as Freddie Mercury as well as the film scooping up the awards for Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing and Best Editing. 

Green Book took home the night's big award, winning Best Picture. Mahershala Ali won his second Best Supporting Actor award, while it was also victorious in Best Adapted Screenplay.

Black Panther won three gongs, Best Original Score, Best Production Design and Best Costume Design, while Roma also won three awards, Best Director for Alfonso Cuaron, Best Cinematography and Best Foreign Language Film. 

Olivia Colman won the award for Best Actress for her turn in The Favourite, while Regina King won Best Supporting Actress for If Beale Street Could Talk. 

Other winners on the night included BlackKklansman, Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, Vice, First Man, Free Solo and A Star Is Born.
