Chaos reigns in the all-star first trailer for Guy Ritchie's gangster caper The Gentlemen

A first trailer for The Gentlemen, the new gangster caper from Guy Ritchie, has debuted online. Click below to watch it:

Matthew McConaughey, Michelle Dockery and Crazy Rich Asians man Henry Golding star in the film, with Hugh Grant, Jeremy Strong, Colin Farrell and Charlie Hunnam in the supporting cast. 

The film follows American expat McConaughey's Mickey Pearson, who has built a highly profitable marijuana empire in London. When word gets out that he’s looking to cash out of the business forever it triggers plots, schemes, bribery and blackmail in an attempt to steal his domain out from under him.

The movie, which has previously been called Toff Guys and Bush, will see Ritchie directing and produce from a script he wrote with Marn Davies and Ivan Atkinson.

The Gentlemen will be released into UK cinemas on January 1st.
