Details on Safin, Rami Malek's villain in new James Bond movie No Time To Die, unveiled in new preview

An in-depth preview of Safin, the villain in the new James Bond movie No Time To Die, has debuted online. Click below to watch it:

Safin is played by Bohemian Rhapsody and Mr. Robot star Rami Malek. Safin is the leader of as-yet-unnamed terrorist organisation, with links to both Christoph Waltz's Ernst Starvo Blofeld and Lea Seydoux's Madeline Swann.

No Time To Die picks up five years after the capture of Waltz's Blofeld and 007 has left active service to pursue his relationship with Dr Madeleine Swann.

Then, out of the blue, he is approached by old friend Felix Leiter, who enlists his help in the search for Valdo Obruchev, a missing scientist.

When it becomes apparent that Obruchev was abducted, Bond must confront a danger the likes of which the world has never seen before, Safin.

No Time To Die is Daniel Craig's final movie as James Bond.

It will see Lashana Lynch, Malek and Ana De Armas join the cast, while Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Christoph Waltz, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux and Jeffrey Wright will be returning to star.

Both Scott Z.Burns and Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge have been named as writers along with director Cary Fukunaga and long-time 007 scribes Robert Wade and Neal Purvis.

No Time To Die has suffered a series of delays. It was originally scheduled for November 2019, but was postponed to February 2020, and then to April 2020 after the exit of director Danny Boyle.

It will now be released into UK cinemas on November 12th, with the US and other territories following on November 20th.
