Ewan McGregor to star in The Shining sequel Doctor Sleep
Ewan McGregor is to star in Doctor Sleep, Stephen King's sequel to The Shining.
McGregor will play Danny Torrance, who appears as a child in The Shining. In Doctor Sleep, which was published in 2013, Torrance is an adult, but remains psychologically traumatised by the events of The Shining.
