Jurassic World 3 release date and writers confirmed

The release date for the third movie in the series that began with Jurassic World has been unveiled.

The movie, which follows up from this summer's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, will arrive in cinemas on June 11th in 2021.

Colin Trevorrow, who opted not to direct the sequel, but wrote the script with regular collaborator Derek Connolly, will return to write the third instalment, this time working with Pacific Rim: Uprising scribe Emily Carmichael. Trevorrow and Connolly have supplied the story.

There's no confirmation on whether Juan Antonio Bayona, who is in charge of  Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, will return for a third instalment or if a new name will be sought.

The sequel arrives in cinemas on June 22nd this summer, with both Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will return to star in the sequel with Rafe Spall, Toby Jones and James Cromwell among the new actors joining the cast.
