Marvel delays release of Thor 3, Black Panther, Captain Marvel and Inhumans
After announcing last night (February 9th) that Spider-Man would be joining the Marvel cinematic universe, Marvel has now delayed the release of four of its new blockbusters to make room in its schedule.
The third instalment of Thor, which is to be titled Thor: Ragnarok, has been delayed until November 2017, which is four months later than originally planned.
Chadwick Boseman will have to wait a while longer for his leading debut as Black Panther as the film has been delayed by nine months to July 2018.
New blockbusters Captain Marvel and Inhumans have also slipped back, the former will now open in November 2018, five months later than planned, while the latter now won't hit cinemas until July 2019.
Release dates for the third and fourth instalment of the Avengers, Captain America: Civil War and the second instalment of Guardians Of The Galaxy have not been affected by the announcement.
