Pixar announces new film Soul for June 2020
Pixar has announced that a new film, titled Soul, will be with us in the summer of 2020.
A gap had been left on the animation giant's release slate for an untitled film in June of next year and now its identity has been revealed.
The film will be directed by Pete Docter, whose credits include both Inside/Out and Up.
The synopsis reads as follows: "Ever wonder where your passion, your dreams and your interests come from? What is it that makes you... YOU? The film takes you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions..."

No voice cast for the film has been confirmed as yet.
Pixar's next big screen outing will be the fourth instalment of Toy Story, which arrives in cinemas tomorrow (June 21st).
