Release date and new director for Now You See Me 2 revealed
The sequel to Now You See Me will be released in the summer of 2016, studio Lionsgate has confirmed.
The thriller, which followed the story of four magicians who are brought together by a mysterious empresario, proved to be a box office hit and a sequel was swiftly ordered, a sequel that will be released on June 10th in 2016.
Jon M.Chu, who recently directed GI Joe: Retaliation, will direct the sequel, replacing Louis Leterrier.
Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg and Isla Fisher will all return for the sequel, as will Dave Franco, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.
