Robert Downey Jr: "There's no plan for a fourth Iron Man movie"
Robert Downey Jr has denied that a fourth Iron Man film is being prepared.
The actor has donned the suit four times already in his career and will do so again in 2015 to take part in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which is due out in May.
However, when asked by Variety if fans could expect to see an Iron Man 4, Downey Jr revealed that nothing is being planned in that regard.
He said: "There isn't one in the pipe. No, there's no plan for a fourth Iron Man."
Then asked whether he would allow someone else to take up the role, he responded: "I like that the idea is that it would be up to me, like I'm casting director for Marvel."
Downey Jr was speaking at the Toronto International Film Festival, where he is promoting his new film The Judge. The film is due out in October and you can see the trailer below.
